The short version

We checked 42 basics a Houston venue needs online. 9 are lit.

Think of it like your LED wall. Each panel is one thing a couple or a planner looks for before they call you. Lit means you have it. Dark means it is missing. Tap any panel.

Everything we found

Here is the whole list.

Every item was checked on September 21, 2026. The next pages walk through the ones that cost you the most.

Start with the good news

You own a concert-grade production setup. Almost nobody can see it.

All of this lives in a two-page PDF. Your web pages say "state-of-the-art production" and stop there. We searched "venue with LED wall Houston." Every result was an AV rental company. Not one venue.

Your website

Planners shop by headcount and budget first. Your site answers neither.

  • How many guests fit
  • A starting price or price guidance
  • Open dates
  • Answers to common questions
  • A way to book a tour
  • Reviews from past events

Your Instagram, your Facebook page and your PartySlate listing already say 1,200 guests. Your website does not.

Photos

Most photos on your site were made with an AI image tool. The files say so.

Pictures made with OpenAI's image tool carry a signed label inside the file. 11 of the 17 photos on your Home and About pages carry that label. Your first Instagram post and your Facebook cover use the same images.

A couple who tours expects the room in the pictures. Anyone can read these labels with a free checker.

Speed

On a phone, your home page is slow.

In Google's own speed test for phones, your home page scored 35 out of 100. The main picture took about 10 seconds to appear. Many people shopping on a phone will not wait that long.

Getting found

Four pages. One search out of ten.

Your site has four pages: Home, About, Contact and Privacy. There is no page for weddings, corporate events, holiday parties, concerts or launches. When someone searches for one of those, you have no page built to answer it.

Your web address was registered on June 30, 2026. New sites start with no trust at Google and have to earn it.

We ran 10 searches a customer would type.

Like "event venue Houston," "wedding venue downtown Houston" and "holiday party venue Houston."

4

business names show up at your address: 2401 Venue, Rich's, Pluto Nightclub and old Space Nightclub listings, with 4 different phone numbers

If Rich's is part of your family, that can become a strength. Right now the two brands compete for the same customer, and the club is winning.

Instagram followers, Houston venues

Starting from zero is normal for a venue that opened this summer. What matters is the plan from here.

TikTok is open ground. Of six Houston venues we checked, only two have real TikTok accounts, and both have been quiet since February.

Social media audit

You post less than once a week. Growing accounts post three times or more.

After your first Instagram post on July 10, the account went quiet for 30 days. A Buffer study of 2 million Instagram posts found that three to five posts a week more than doubles follower growth compared with one or two.

Studies: Buffer 2025 (2 million Instagram posts, 11.4 million TikTok posts), Hootsuite 2025, Sprout Social 2025. Your pace is the last 90 days.

comments on your Instagram posts have a reply

12 of those comments came from vendors and partners who worked your opening. Every reply puts you in front of their followers for free. You are also paying for a holiday party ad on Facebook and Instagram. When those people visit your page, they see comments with no answers.

Your real event videos win

Typical likes and comments per Instagram post

Your 2 videos drew about 4 times the response of your 8 photos. Early numbers from a young account, but TikTok shows the same thing: your real videos got about 840 views, your slideshows about 190.

Every number here came from a check you can repeat.

Your website. All four pages opened in a real browser at phone and computer sizes on September 21, 2026. No forms were sent.

Speed. Google Lighthouse, median of three runs on each page, plus a second independent run. Lab tests from our connection. Real phones may be a little faster.

Photos. The original files from your site, read with a Content Credentials (C2PA) reader and checked for camera data. Anyone can check at contentcredentials.org/verify.

Searches. 10 customer-style searches run with a U.S. web search tool on September 21, 2026. This is a sample, not a Google ranking. Results change by person and day.

Google and listings. Google Maps, Google search results, the listing sites named, and Wanderlog for other venues' Google review counts. Web address date from the public domain registry.

Social media. Public profiles and posts on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn, read on September 21, 2026. Ad from the public Meta Ad Library.
